Today's topic is a very sensitive one but it is a topic that I think is worth talking about because even though we hear about it all the time in media and on the Internet, we never seem to reach any possible solutions. Furthermore, the discussion going on in the Internet seems to make people angry and defensive instead of repairing the divide. So in this episode we are going to do a deep dive into this topic, offering possible solutions and having the hard conversations.  I realize this will be a very intense topic for a lot of you but I look forward to hearing your opinions in the comments.
