To take that first step we need to be surrounded by people like us. They are not going to be our family or our friends. Sometimes they don't encourage us or motivat us so we need to be a part of community that helps us to take that first step. We don't know people in that community but still it helps because... there everyone is trying to take that first step and some one or thr other gives us push that motivats and helps. That helped me.
