“How do you know that the Bible is true?” This is often one of the first questions that skeptics ask Christians, and it’s unfortunate that most believers don’t have a logical or even adequate answer.  The answer often given is, “We know that the Bible is true, because the Bible says that it’s true.” But when our only answer is to point to what the Bible says about itself, we’re using what is called circular logic. There has to be a better answer than that!
