There's incredible personal freedom in truth, yet we spend so much of our lives showing up the way we think we ‘should’. The ways that will make our parents happy, our colleagues respect us, society at large accept us, and of course, the ways that will make us look good on Instagram and social media.
In My Truth is the antidote to the ‘shoulds’. Be a fly on the wall as our guests dive into the stories and untruths they’re living with and working through, in real time.
Your host of the In My Truth podcast is Sarah Riegelhuth, and as she recently updated my Insta bio to read, she’s not one thing, but many. Professionally, Sarah runs Grow My Team and is one of the co-founders of The League of Extraordinary Women. But personally, she’s a lot more than that.
Last year, Sarah moved through a break down, a break up, and a career change. During this period, she had a strong calling to share what was really going on for her on her blog and social media. This resulted in a lot of people reaching out to have deep conversations, and Sarah started imagining what it could look like if other people could listen in on these conversations, and the healing that would come from that.
And so, on a pilgrimage from Vancouver to Colorado, this podcast In My Truth was born.
It feels healing and growing for Sarah, healing and growing for our guests, and hopefully healing and growing for you listening.
So, let’s dive in.

Welcome to this episode of In My Truth, where your host (serial entrepreneur and truth seeker) Sarah Riegelhuth is joined by old friend Dhevaksha Naidoo, who she met in Russia at the G20 YEA Summit. Things have changed substantially since they last connected, and in this episode, they get into some of those changes.
Serendipitously, Dhevaksha’s name means ‘truth’ in Sanskrit, so it seems fitting to dive into the untruths we’re currently working through on this episode of In My Truth.
Dhevaksha is a scientist and laughter yogi, and sometimes on LinkedIn she experiments with the title of entrepreneur - something she stepped away from around eight years ago. In this episode of In My Truth with Sarah Riegelhuth and Dhevaksha Naidoo, we discover and work through the stories around when we’re ready to get back into things we’ve moved away from or have been avoiding.
The more that we share what’s going on for us, the more free we can feel. Life can still be challenging, but we can find more and more freedom the more we open up to others, and to ourselves. How can you start sharing and freeing yourself?
Sarah and Dhevaksha also discuss the untruths they’re living with around:
The fear of falling back into old patterns, lifestyle habits and DNA
Our relationship with alcohol
Working harder, pushing and hustling
Starting the journey without a partner
Trusting the flow of business
Mindset and lifestyle shifts
Disconnection and connection
Trusting ourselves to not fall into old behaviour
Fear getting in the way
Approaching life mindfully
The balance between masculine and feminine, and push and flow
Playfulness in entrepreneurship
The place for the feminine in entrepreneurship

Remember you’re not alone, and there is hope, even though it may not feel that way at times. Talk to someone, a friend or family member and let them support you. Reach out to a professional. Do whatever you need to do to start your journey back to feeling good.
Here are some resources I found on Google (because I am not a professional, these are not recommendations, just suggestions with love and empathy from me to you):
Lifeline (Australia): 13-11-14 is a confidential telephone crisis support service available 24/7 from a landline, payphone or mobile....
