How do we measure progress when it comes to our relationship with food, body image, and health pursuits in general? When we’re dieting, we have what we often see as objective measures like the scale, tape measurements, and clothing size. However, what about when we’re taking a weight-neutral approach like Intuitive Eating?

In this episode, I dive into this topic a bit and offer some thoughts as well as some examples of how we can recognize progress when working through the principles of Intuitive Eating.
