After much turmoil I have the summit breakthrough and will soldier on.  Follow the instructions.  You can do this.  The choice is mine I will be loved no matter what.  This episode is  about the sensitive side of that process :).

It’s not that I can’t do this it’s that I won’t do this which actually freed me to continue on.    

My late night journaling…  at some point we transcend the need to forgive… a little more of the jinxing… anyhow the thoughts keeps coming back to me, keep trying, keep at it, baby steps.  Don’t give up.  “Sending the email to stop is not keeping at it”.  I was glad the mail said I may quit…  Not I do quit.  

The break through moment.  Follow the instructions.  Next indicated step.  The things I’m worried about are way further down the line.  How do you eat an elephant, one bite at a time…  Ikea cabinet instructions even work their way into the conversation.
