Feelings govern and play such a major role in what we do in life. Our pleasure sensors program us to seek out what "feels" good and to avoid what doesn't. As I always say there are layers to everything, and when it comes to how we "feel" I find it best to examine all layers of the onion before putting any in the pot lol.
