He and I have a really honest conversation about values. When I originally asked him what we should talk about based on his values, he wasn't sure so instead we went to the meta-level. We discuss what does it mean to value, why does he have a difficult time thinking about his values. We then also discuss how to integrate your hierarchy of values.
