Club E will be joined by Matt Crane of Boulay to discuss how a business owner can make forecasts during times of economic uncertainties. If you are interested in understanding how companies navigate through challenging business environments and make timely and thoughtful decisions about their businesses this event is for you.

About Matt:
Matt is a partner and CPA at Boulay where he serves as an advisor to clients in a variety of industries including engineering and architecture, manufacturing and distribution, software, sports and entertainment, and renewable energy. He works with entrepreneurs and executive leadership teams of closely held businesses, SEC reporting companies, and ESOP-owned companies on complex business issues including debt financing and stock offerings, mergers and acquisition due diligence, tax avoidance opportunities, and business strategy.  Matt has a B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
