In the words of a great poet, "haters gonna hate". Negative comments happen. So what do we do about them?  Social media made it easy for companies and personal brands reach their target markets easy, but that opens them up to all sorts of hate comments and negative feedback. Should you treat fans and haters alike? Should negative comments be deleted? Should you even turn comments off?
