Do you ever hear people who design learning say "My learners are different, they're not motivated to learn."? I feel ya... been there. Hit that head against the wall too... like, a ton.   

These are my lessons...   

Well ok, friend, what I've learned is that motivation isn't a single thing, a simple decision.... there's several factors that play a part in whether someone is inspired to take your amazin' course.  In this video I unpack some of those elements, so you can stack the odds in your favour and create an experience that has a higher chance of being experienced, used, learned from... all the good stuff.  

Also, just as a test, I am going to include "chocolate cake" in my description. To see if anyone, other than bots that scour the internet, actually read this. I call it a "description Easter Egg" Ha! 

Next time, I'll try to be more entertaining :)
