HOW DO YOU KNOW IF A (GRAPHIC) DESIGNER IS GREAT? 

If you're looking to hire a Graphic Designer, there are some things you need to consider before making a decision. One of the most important factors is experience — did they attend design school or have they been working in this field for years? But experience alone doesn't make them great — here's how to really tell if a Graphic Designer is top-notch:

  • First and foremost, look at their portfolio! Do their designs appear polished and professional? Are they creative and eye-catching? A great designer should have the ability to conjure up stunning visuals that capture your attention.
  • Next, inquire about how well they follow instructions. Follow through is key when it comes to producing quality results. Ask them how often they communicate with clients and how they handle revisions. If they're able to adhere to a set timeline, budget and vision, then you know you're dealing with a great designer!
  • Finally, check out what their previous clients have said about them. Reviews can be telling of the kind of service a Graphic Designer provides. Look for positive feedback that speaks to their professionalism and attention to detail – these are good signs that the candidate is up for the job!
