Do you ever wonder if you are on the right path?

If you are really moving in the right direction in your life that will lead you into living a life of abundance, purpose, and joy?Sometimes it is challenging to see how far we have come as we focus on daily things and momentarily emergencies. 

 

Today I want to share with you a tool, strategy if you will, to see how much you have really changed and grown. 

 

As when you do appreciate where you are and rise in love with the journey you are able to rise above any limits and create a life of goodness. 

 

One way to see and appreciate your growth (and yourself) is when you look at something that arises from your past. Maybe something that would normally trigger you and would upset you for days in the past, your family, your ex, your boss, your mood swings. 

 

Look at those things and see how you would react in the past and what have you done differently this time. You might have been able to let go, to have compassion, to have an open heart, to listen without judgement, to release the negative emotions? 

 

All these things come with inner work and growth and it is so easy to disregard them, yet those are signs that remind you that when you become even better and raise you vibration your outer life will meet it.
