While Jay is in Florida attending DEMA, he decided to take advantage of continuing his training with a UTD instructor.  Nick and Jay discuss what they do respectively to prepare for training that is outside the typical hierarchy of courses that an agency might offer.  From mental to gear preparation, they narrow down what they believe to be a positive path for such an undertaking.
