Phentermine has 3 syllables. **Emphasize the first syllable (Phen = FEN).

FEN, like Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Socks professional baseball team.  

Ter, like the “TER” in sisTER.

Meen, as in someone is being rude or mean to you.
