Mel’s Mindful Moments Season 1 - Episode 133
It seems like I'm always thinking and writing about the topic of “Time”!
Because the whole concept of time and its influence on our lives is very important.
Why do I say that?
Because “Time” is the one thing we cannot save.
Regardless of what we do or do not do … time ebbs away.
The only things we can do with time are>>>
Spend it…doing this or that.
Invest our time in a worthy cause.
Use our time to make improvements, either improving ourselves, or to improve our quality of life.
We can even invest it in other people or in our relationships with them.
Each of us have been given a fleeting measure of time.
However we use this measure of time, will define who we are, what we like, where and how we will live.
So try this exercise… get a small notepad and for one day write down your activities and the amount of time you spend on each one for that day. Don’t change your normal routine. You want this to be an accurate snapshot of how you spend your time.
I think you will be surprised where you spent it. But afterwards, without judgement, decide what you want to change.
I hope this helps you gain some insight and become more conscience of time.
