#sprintplanning is one of the first events in the #scrum process and it involves the #scrummaster, #productowner and #developmentteam actively planning which #backlogitems will be included in the upcoming #sprint.  

It is a great opportunity for the team to decide what they are going to work on and how they are going to solve the problem or create the #product increment that is needed.  #scrummasters play a crucial role in #facilitating this event and sometimes, it is also an opportunity for an experienced #agilecoach to participate and support the #scrumteam in their planning.  

In many circles, a #scrummaster is an #agilecoach but in this instance, we are speaking about an experienced #agilecoach who has experience and expertise in #coaching, facilitating and teaching #agile frameworks, events and methodologies.
