The Bible talks about money a lot. I bet that many of us don’t realize that more than 2300 verses in the Bible discuss money and at least 12 of Jesus’ parables deal with money directly or indirectly. Money is more than a form of currency we exchange for goods and services. It has the power to do great harm or bring about great good. This is why we can often feel uncomfortable talking about it because it gets to something much deeper inside all of us. As we launch our series called “Jesus, Money and Stuff” we want to ask the question, “How does God view money?”
