I began my journey with LIVA when I was pregnant, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes - it was a shock.
I had to adapt how I ate and how I thought about food (particularly sugar and sweet things), in order to protect my health and my child's.
Date sugar became a key ingredient in my diet, allowing me to still have the sweetness I love (I have a sweet tooth!) without worrying about my blood sugar levels. I was so inspired by this, I wanted to share it with everyone.
