Prayer and fasting can have profound positive effects on individuals. Through prayer, people often experience a sense of peace, connection, and clarity as they engage in spiritual reflection and communication with a higher power. Fasting, whether it's abstaining from food or other indulgences, can promote self-discipline, physical detoxification, and a deeper spiritual focus. Together, prayer and fasting can foster spiritual growth, strengthen faith, and enhance overall well-being. As long as we do both we are limitless in the Spirit. Just taking the time to focus fully on Jesus has been a huge blessing for me and for those around me even if they don’t know it. Amen!
