Growing up an empath, emotions have been a big part of my life - hated, loved, and all places in between and today we're going to discuss how emotions are misunderstood by the society in general, denigrated, and devalued and how we need to unlearn nearly everything we have been taught just for our emotional well being. But in ADDITION to that, we're going to talk about why this is important in your magical/psychic/intuitive practice, too, and how you might be hamstringing yourself if you've neglected this part of your life.
