Andy explains how the foundation is keeping their teachers employed and covering payroll, food, medicine, and face masks to his program orphanages while governments and other donors drop out during this pandemic. The Orphaned Starfish Foundation is in 29 countries helping 15,000+ kids with a 90% success rate using this five step method:

1-RECRUIT We scout exceptional orphanages, homes for abused children, schools and community centers whose students don't have access to technology education, and invite them to partner with us.

2-FUNDRAISE We raise the funds needed to develop a technology center on-site at our partner organization and for the first two years of operations.

3-BUILD We raise the funds needed to develop a technology center on-site at our partner organization and for the first two years of operations.

4-OPERATE We monitor the programs for success, eventually adding more advanced training and support for students that want to transition to higher education or employment.

5-COMMIT We commit to every program for life.
