Trond's takeaway
When I first was confronted with Stephynie, I didn't know what to think. She seemed like a real version of the fictional fixer, Olivia Pope created by Shonda Rhimes for the political drama television series Scandal, only for executives not for politicians. As it turns out she is not far from that. I can only imagine the skills needed to deal with the crises that bring executives out of balance. What she leaves me with, and perhaps you as well, is a sense of calm in the midst of the storm. Wouldn't we all want to have a Stephynie to create that sense and capitalize on it to create a way to move on and ahead?
