In today's episode I share my journey of how I have been connecting to my creativity since beginning my journey of The Mercado Method which has given me the space to break patterns of behaviours and limiting beliefs around myself, perfectionism, boundaries, working, finances, abundance, peace, rest, solitude, freedom, courage and manifesting. How we can allow our minds to control what we "see" and "believe." Creativity has given me the confidence to continue to evolve my working habits, take risks, be flexible with my needs and release resentment. How what can catch our attention can lead us to so many other experiences if we are open to receive. How powerful reflection can be for enquiry, self-acceptance, taking inspired action and celebration.

How exploring my creativity through art has taught me to bring beauty into my home, feelings of completion, embrace detachment, learning to go with the flow, releasing pressure by embracing working at my own pace, spending quality time on my own, socialising with creativity, mystery, thinking outside the box, trusting my intuition to breakthrough old stories. How the online world has opened my mind to what is available for our creativity, exploration and culture. How what can be perceived as beauty in one person's perception can be something totally different to another. How creativity has taught me to utilise my energy as currency to generate abundance, joy, play and freedom. How to release with love. Shifting my mindset around Christmas and societal pressures. 

I explore the emotions of shame, fear, joy and speaking my truth. Creativity has further led me to explore more avenues of rest, surrendering, release judgment, strengthening my nervous system, valuing my needs and learn to appreciate all experiences.
