A very special episode with a very special guest, my friend of six years, Sarah Myers. 

Sarah was born and raised in a small city in Western New York. She moved to Buffalo to complete her undergraduate degree and also received a masters degree in Physician Assistant studies at this time. 

After meeting her now husband in Buffalo, the two moved back to Central New York where Sarah worked as a PA in Cardiology for over three years. 

Realizing that she could not let go of her dream of becoming a physician, Sarah attended SUNY Upstate Medical University for medical school graduating in May of 2021. 

During this time she welcomed two beautiful babies into the world! Upon graduation Sarah and her family moved to Nashville, Tennessee where she is completing her residency training in Internal Medicine. 

In her spare time (!!) Sarah enjoys finding the best tacos and cold brews around and exploring her new city with her family.

• life as a medical professional in the midst of a global pandemic
• what it is like being a medical intern & a pandemic mama
• pursuing one’s dreams no matter how impossible it may seem
