Fear is an umbrella term. It includes any feelings of dread, worry, anxiety, and phobias. It is historically part of the human experience and something that we all face. However, it is important to remember that there was no fear in the beginning. It entered along with disobedience. So as we look at today, it is foundational to understand that fear most often occurs when we live life and assess our circumstances without God.
