Happy New Year everyone! I still cannot believe we have weathered through a pandemic for nearly a year. What I have learned during the time is how to gain a better balance of my life. It will never look, feel and be perfect but being aware is just as important. Here's a little peek at what I wanted to share AND how balance will sometimes lean further in one direction than the other. But with awareness, you can feel balance even in times when the world around you is not!
