On today's episode of the ASB Podcast, I speak to Brian Tan, the CEO and Co-Founder of FutureLab. 

FutureLab is an online mentoring platform that connects students, young professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs to a community of mentors that aims to guide the next generation of leaders by providing informal career and life guidance through online mentoring.

Previously a biochemist who studied in Oxford University, Brian returned to Malaysia to pursue his entrepreneurship journey with FutureLab. The inspiration behind FutureLab arose out of his personal quest to find and connect with mentors when he was pursuing a career change into the management consulting sphere. 

Now a platform which connects more than 500 mentors to 10,000 mentees, FutureLab is paving the way to help empower mentees to take charge of their careers by connecting them with mentors who have already 'been there, done that'!
