Failure is something every believer knows all too well. In this honest and hope filled message, Pastor Phil reminds us that the question is not if we fail God, but how God responds when we do.Centered primarily in John 21, this sermon walks through the life of Peter, one of the most relatable figures in Scripture. From bold confidence to painful denial, Peter’s failure could have marked the end of his story. Instead, it became the place where God’s grace, patience, and restoring love were put on full display. Through passages including Luke 22:62, Mark 16:7, and Acts 2:22–24, we see how God responds to failure. He calls us. He comes after us when we pull away. He challenges our hearts. And He restores us to purpose, not by shaming us, but by reminding us of who we belong to and what He created us to do.
