1 Kings 19:5-6, Then he lay down and slept under the broom tree. But as he was sleeping, an angel touched him and told him, “Get up and eat!” He looked around and there beside his head was some bread baked on hot stones and a jar of water! So he ate and drank and lay down again. (NLT)

Elijah had seen God show up and do something spectacular. Now he's done with ministry, so what does the angel do? Well, the angel touches him. He doesn't say, "What is wrong with you? Why are you here? You're a failure, Elijah. What kind of prophet are you?" No, he makes him dinner. Isn't that lovely? A touch and a home-cooked meal, no judgment. So Elijah ate and drank and went off for another nap.
