How GOOD was Bruised Actually?

Bruised is a 2020 MMA film which stars Halle Berry who is also making her directorial debut with this movie. The story revolves around a former UFC fighter who attempts to make a comeback to the sport after being away for 4 years. Upon its release in November of 2021 on Netflix, the film has received mixed reviews from the critics. But from what I’ve seen in the MMA community, they absolutely despises it. So how good was Bruised actually?
