How GOOD was Matt Riddle Actually?

Before his career as a pro wrestler, Matt Riddle was an MMA fighter. He went 1-0 as an amateur before becoming a participant on the 7th season of the ultimate fighter. Although he didn’t win, he still signed with the UFC. And with the promotion, he went 7-3. But it could have been 9-3 as he had 2 wins get overturned due to testing positive for cannabis. And after his second failed drug test, the UFC released him. He went on to pick up a win outside of the promotion before making his transition into pro wrestling. So how good was Matt Riddle actually?
