How GOOD was Paul Felder Actually?

Paul Felder has given his all to the UFC. The American fight of Irish and German descent creating buzz early by winning his first 8 fights. And in the process, he became the CFFC lightweight champion. This momentum continued early on in the UFC as many had high hopes for his future with the promotion. And although he’s put on some amazing performances and has been in some awesome fights, he was never able to capture UFC gold. So how good was Paul Felder actually?
