I'm sure you've heard the phrase "There's no business without a business plan," and I guess we can agree to disagree on that. It's fine to have a business strategy, but if you're testing the waters for the first time and have no idea what you're doing, your company plan will constantly change. So why don't you just go through the motions and figure it out as you go along?
