Parenting is hard, with or without a partner. But it is definitely much harder being a single parent. Human beings are resilient and can overcome all kinds of adversity and challenges life throws at them. In this episode we talk to our friend Julie who became a single parent after her husband passed away twelve years ago. She's raised six wonderful children by herself and in the middle of it adopted a daughter and also started a non-profit organization in the Congo.
