Self-control is big. While most people assume self-control is just on dieting and exercising, I wanted to discuss a different approach. Self-control over your time & schedule. When we're in a constant state of being stressed or overwhelmed, the first thing that takes a big hit is our mental health & health in general. Having self-control to me means putting breaks/time off in my calendar and actually doing them.
