Cloud Kitchens are essentially shared kitchen spaces that support delivery only. They offer no dine-in facilities or services.

And they are becoming really popular.

I believe there is an opportunity here for hotels to make better use of their kitchen facilities, resources & training.

Similar to what I first discussed may back in Ep. 13 of the Trent365 Show, where I spoke about the opportunity for hotels to win the Gig Economy.
