You get an idea you think is pretty good, you wrestle with the content and the format, you fight away all the the self-doubt about who am I do to this, and you get yourself to a place where you are excited to introduce a new thing into the world, and then you turn around  and you walk straight into this brick wall, which is, what the hell do I charge.?
