The word “joy” has been on my heart and mind for a long time, so when it was time to choose a podcast name (after toying with many titles!), I finally came to a place of peace with this name!  Although technology is not my strong suit (I am learning!  LOL!), I continued to push forward because this dream was so big on my heart.  I also dive into one of my favorite topics of “What are we feeding our minds?”
