I feel like anger is not talked about enough.. everyone feels anger! This is how I personally direct the energy from my anger to a different place. When I feel stressed, frustrated, and angry I drop down and do as many push-ups as I can until my arms are too exhausted to lift my body off of the floor. This helps direct my anger into a physical outlet and makes me feel a sense of relief. I hope you try this technique to help calm yourself down when you feel negative energy absorbed in your brain.
