In a nutshell, hiring the right people is everything. Maybe you know you are at the point where you could hire one or more employees, but you have no idea where to even start. Or maybe you have hired people in the past, only to have them quit within a few weeks, leaving you back at square one of the hiring process. Heck, maybe you already do have the best team ever, but are struggling to show them you care and to build up that fun and dedicated work environment we all crave.
I am so passionate about the hiring process, and hiring the RIGHT people, and it all starts with knowing your strengths and weaknesses and finding people who can complement those. This episode is all about how my team and how their strengths keep this disorganized girl organized, but it is also an invitation to join me for the next six weeks as I dive deep into the topic of hiring.
If you are ready to grow your business, I truly believe you can do it one of two ways. You can either put in 80 hours a week, sacrifice time with your family, and let your business take control of your life. I’ve been there, and it caused me so much burn out that I almost lost everything. The other option that I’ve found to be so much better? You can hire a team who keeps things running smoothly in your absence, who steps into the gaps, and who can help you take all of your big dreams and turn them into completed goals. You deserve to run your business, instead of it running you.
