How I found an overarching theme to my business
After a few weeks without publishing a podcast, I have a decent excuse.
No, it's not COVID-19. It's YouTube. I got distracted by achieving my 15 minutes of fame on my YouTube channel. I had a video get 3000 views, and then another one which got 150,000 views.
This forced me to take YouTube more seriously, and to revisit my channel. I found that my topics were broadly under four categories:
technical how-to videos
pricing, marketing and business model
productivity
mindset and motivation
What I discovered was that all of these ended up falling under the broad category of confidence.
That's a theme that I'm developing more, particularly around where people lose energy or fall short of courage.
