It’s so easy and almost inevitable to get sucked into the avalanche of media surrounding his pandemic but you don’t have to get sucked in if you don’t want to. The two strategies I’m using to help find peace amidst the chaos are 1) Avoiding sensationalized media. 2) Focusing my attention in what I control.
