This episode is about how to handle relationships when you struggle with mental health. It’s difficult to be consistent and commit to plans when you don’t know how you’re gonna feel next. Strengthening my communication skills has helped me keep my relationships strong. Through meditation I am able to articulate my thoughts and always keep it real when I’m not doing well.
