Nine years ago I gave my notice at my corporate accounting job and that was one of the best decisions I could have made. It's one of the reasons I am here today to chat with you about why I chose 6 figures when it comes to what I named my mastermind.
I find that the "hidden barriers" that Gay Hendricks describes in his book tend to hold true when we find we're holding ourselves back:
1. The thought that we are fundamentally flawed
2. Disloyalty or abandonment to where you came from
3. More success means bigger burden
4. The crime of outshining someone else
#3 tends to be most applicable to my clients and here is what I want to drive home - making 6 figures isn't necessarily the goal. That is the byproduct of setting yourself up for success. First, you have to identify that you want this, and then we have to examine which barrier is holding you back. We are not trying to hustle harder. Instead, we need to reevaluate the process and think differently.
You need to be intentional in all areas of your life - as a mom, a wife, a business owner, etc. if you truly want to get to the next level. It's OK to have big goals but constant hustle will not work and you CAN reach your goals without the hustle.
When we work together I'm not saying in 6 months you'll automatically make 6 figures, although you can, it's more about creating the mindset and systems so that WHEN you get there, you're ready and your business is set up for success. Book your call here and let's chat so we can get you headed in the right direction to reach your goals!
