Healing isn't always pretty. 

I talk about how amazing my journey has been and how my life has changed.

What I don't talk a lot about is the pain I went through as I let go of my past.

I wanted to share this side of me because I share this with my clients who all go through this and the world needs to hear it too!

Rejection ALWAYS hurts and it always fucking sucks. There's no avoiding it. 

I've learned to handle rejection and lean into the uncomfortable shit.

I've learned to accept that not everyone will like me and not everyone will approve. 

But there's no fucking way i'm using that as an excuse to stop growing!

The miracles are ALWAYS on the other side of facing your fears. 

I felt the pain of rejection and didn't die like I thought I would.
