Jeffrey Koettel was once over 515lbs 20 years ago. After years of yo-yo dieting with only minimal results from major effort, he attempted to go plant based in December 2016 and managed to get down to his current weight of 230 pounds!

Today, his focus is health/wellness. Eating the most nutrient rich, calorie diluted foods are the keys to his success and he can honestly say that he will never go back to the standard American diet again!
