This episode was inspired by the Wildman @zachlambert via Instagram. He sent in a great question regarding programming and specifically asked how I laid out my programming. He was also curious about how he could use microworkouts to avoid overtraining. I start off by sharing a detailed version of my last week of training. I also discuss how training shifts throughout the year in response to different goals and objectives I have on the calendar. Regardless of what's going on, I always try to maintain a solid base of strength and conditioning. I want to be strong and I want to be able to go far.
