Buying a home in the DC-area can be scary and intimidating for lots of reasons, but something that’s been said a lot, especially lately while there is low inventory and high home prices, is that buying your first home is impossible.  Of course, REALTORs will tell you that it IS possible… but sometimes that might come off as salesy and insincere.  So in today’s episode, guest Michael Fowler and Alison share their experiences with how they purchased their first homes in the area, how those purchases helped them with subsequent home purchases, and where they are now in the home owning journey.
