I've heard it said that B+ content with A+ consistency is a winning strategy. And for me, that has certainly been the case on Instagram. Consistently posting to Instagram has helped me grow my followers and increase engagement in a huge way. 

Now, when it comes to creating consistent, quality content, you have to think (and plan) ahead. My favorite way to do that is with Facebook's Creator Studio and Business Suite app.
